Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and cleaning air ducts, blower wheels, evaporator coils, condenser coils, and dryer vents. You will also replace furnace filters and change out batteries in thermostats for our Comfort Club members. Additionally, you will provide expert advice on improving air quality and comfort to our customers and educate them about products and services that meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
• Air Duct Cleaning: Inspect and clean residential and commercial air duct systems following company policies.
• Component Maintenance: Remove and clean blower wheels, evaporator coils, and condenser coils.
• Dryer Vent Cleaning: Clean residential and commercial dryer vents.
• Customer Service: Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest level of customer service.
• Career Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Prior experience in HVAC maintenance preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Licenses: Valid driver's license and a good driving record required.

• Salary: $22-$27 per hour (DOE), plus incentives and bonuses.
