Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced General Superintendent to lead our commercial construction projects in Bozeman, MT.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, piping, and sheet metal installation, with at least 5 years of experience as a superintendent in one or more of these trades.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and manage field labor to ensure safe and efficient project execution
• Develop and maintain a positive work environment that prioritizes safety and quality
• Collaborate with project managers and field operations managers to coordinate manpower and meet job schedules
• Communicate effectively with general contractors and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards
