Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Superintendent to join our team in the Raleigh, NC area. As an integral part of our award-winning team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and inspection of residential heating and cooling systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC installation and supervision, with excellent communication and leadership skills. They will work closely with builders, inspectors, and construction managers to ensure the successful completion of homes in assigned communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement schedules to meet production demands and inspection requirements.
• Collaborate with builders and construction managers to ensure specifications, code, and zoning requirements are met.
• Coordinate and schedule the work activities of installation crews and punch mechanics.
• Regularly inspect work for quality, completeness, and timeliness, and make recommendations for necessary corrections.
Requirements:
• Three years of supervisory experience working in the HVAC trade (Install or Service) required.
• Prefer 5+ years of experience in the field as an HVAC/Electrical tradesman.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage multiple priorities.
