Job Description
As an HVAC Service Professional with Salem Commercial Refrigeration, LLC, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers. Your primary duties will include:
• Installing, servicing, and repairing commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-ins, coolers, and make-lines.
• Responding to customer calls and evaluating problems to provide effective solutions.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest appliance technology and parts to ensure efficient repairs.
• Providing accurate estimates and timeframes for repairs, taking into account any product warranties.
• Completing billing and invoicing paperwork in a timely manner.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
• At least 2 years of experience in the field, with EPA certification.
• A clean driving record.
• The ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Benefits
