Job Overview
Piedmont Service Group, a leading provider of energy and HVAC services in the Carolinas and Virginia, seeks an experienced professional to fill the role of Foreman. This position is based in Greensboro, NC, and offers a competitive salary range of $25.00 - $35.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
• HVAC System Installation: Responsible for ensuring the installation of complete working systems, including equipment, pipes, associated hangers, and fittings.
• Team Leadership: Work with and train Pipefitter Journeymen to achieve their full potential and move towards the level of Foreman.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all installations meet code, manufacturer's instructions, and company quality expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required to interpret blueprints and installation instructions for quality installation on projects.
• HVAC Knowledge: Extensive working knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment is necessary to perform the job duties effectively.
• Physical Abilities: Physically able to work on HVAC units and systems, with prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
