Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our facilities team at the Irondequoit Campus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our HVAC and mechanical equipment, ensuring that our buildings remain safe and functional.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC and mechanical equipment.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and perform repairs.
• Respond to emergency calls to resolve critical equipment failures.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Requirements:
• A valid CLASS 3 Stationary Engineers License.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
