• *Job Description: St. Ann's Community is seeking a skilled Stationary Engineer to join our maintenance team. As a Stationary Engineer, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our HVAC and mechanical equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our power plant.
• *Responsibilities:*
• Operate and maintain boiler systems, including hot water and steam boilers
• Manage emergency electrical generator systems
• Monitor and record temperature and pressures of operating equipment
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oiling, greasing, and lubrication of equipment
