About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Residential HVAC Service Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving financial growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a team of experienced HVAC technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
• Oversee all aspects of residential HVAC service, including scheduling, dispatch, and quality control.
• Maintain effective communication with customers, employees, and office staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve technician performance, productivity, and profitability.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and expansion.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain our competitive edge.

• A competitive annual salary: $85,000 - $105,000, depending on experience.

Requirements
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the HVAC industry.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA10 certificate and DOT certificate.
• Extensive background in HVAC service, meeting or exceeding our requirements for an HVAC Service Tech II.
