Salary and Benefits
The starting base salary for this position ranges from $18.50 to $20 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid personal days, holidays, and a 401(k) plan.
Job Responsibilities
As an Insulation Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for:
• Installing insulation, spray foam, soffit, and roof ventilation systems
• Providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Utilizing mobile devices and software to update customers electronically
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience or coursework in construction, HVAC, or a related field
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• An OSHA 10-hour Certificate (preferred)
• A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
