Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Residential Systems Installer to join our team at McAllister Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for:
Installing, Maintaining, and Repairing Residential Heating and Air Conditioning Systems, including:
• Furnaces: Gas or oil-fired furnaces in residential settings
• Boilers: Steam or hot water boilers in residential settings
• Air-Conditioning Units: Split-system air-conditioning units in residential settings
• Mini-Splits: Ductless mini-split systems in residential settings
• Generators: Standby generators for backup power in residential settings
• Tankless Hot Water Tanks: Tankless water heaters in residential settings
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401K with company matching, profit sharing, paid vacation, paid holidays, limited paid sick time, and life insurance.
