This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for:
• Managing a team of skilled HVAC technicians to deliver exceptional service and meet business objectives.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and procedures.
• Collaborating with other departments to drive business growth and expansion.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve technician performance, productivity, and profitability.
• Maintaining effective communication with customers, employees, and office staff.

Requirements
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the HVAC industry.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA10 certificate and DOT certificate.
• Extensive background in HVAC service, meeting or exceeding our requirements for an HVAC Service Tech II.
