We are seeking an experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead our Baltimore, MD branch. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers and contractors, and developing strategies to expand our market presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Oversee inventory management and ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives and promotions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and sales management
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving business objectives
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Compensation and Benefits
