Ladgov Corporation is looking for an experienced HVAC Maintenance Engineer to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of complex mechanical equipment, including chillers, for our clients.
As a seasoned professional in the field, you will have a deep understanding of refrigeration cycles, cooling principles, and various types of chiller control systems. Your expertise will enable you to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues related to chillers, ensuring optimal performance and extending the lifespan of these systems.
About the Role:
• Perform routine maintenance on chiller systems, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting components.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify wear, leaks, or other potential issues, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Monitor and calibrate control systems to ensure accurate and efficient operation of chillers.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific maintenance needs and provide expert recommendations.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including tasks performed and parts used.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Work in accordance with safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Chiller Maintenance Technician or in a similar HVAC maintenance role.
• Strong understanding of chiller systems, refrigeration cycles, and cooling principles.
• Familiarity with various types of chiller control systems and their maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues related to chillers.
The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
