Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our team. The successful candidate will perform a wide range of plumbing services for commercial customers, promoting the sale of additional services offered by our company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and modify existing plumbing equipment according to installation instructions and local codes.
• Identify and correct problems in hot water boilers with minimal supervision.
• Perform a variety of plumbing tasks, including repair or replacement of faucets, toilets, domestic water lines, and drain lines.
• Modify and fabricate pipe fittings as needed.
• Identify electrical, plumbing, and safety issues related to installations and take corrective action.
• Complete clerical duties necessary to fulfill customer requests.
Requirements:
• Journeyman's license
• Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
• Advanced knowledge of commercial plumbing services and local codes.
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, specifications, and schematics.
• Experience with hot water and steam boiler servicing.
• Proficiency in using sewer cleaning machines.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Strong sales skills and ability to promote additional services.
