Responsibilities and Qualifications
• Provide exceptional service and maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; HVAC technical school certificate desirable.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Universal EPA Certification and proficiency in using tablets/mobile devices, computers, and basic sheet metal practices.
• Demonstrate advanced customer service skills, willingness to accept responsibility, and leadership roles.
