Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Installer to join our team at Air-Flow Mechanical Services, Inc. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of commercial HVAC systems.
Responsibilities
• Install, connect, and test HVAC systems in commercial buildings.
• Interpret and follow blueprints and specifications to ensure proper installation.
• Install electrical wiring and controls for HVAC systems.
• Fit and solder refrigerant lines, ducts, and pipes.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions.
• Perform regular maintenance and tune-ups to ensure system efficiency.
• Replace or repair damaged or worn-out components.
• Keep detailed records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Complete necessary paperwork for permits and inspections.
• Report to supervisors and project managers on job progress and any issues encountered.
Estimate Salary
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on the level of experience and qualifications.
