About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Lead Installer/tech to join our team at JJ Smith Heating and Cooling. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for leading the installation of heating and cooling systems, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and safely.
To be successful in this role, you must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a high level of mechanical aptitude. Prior experience in HVAC installation is preferred, but not required.
Estimated Salary: Based on industry standards, the estimated salary for this position is $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience and certifications held.
