Key Responsibilities

• Manage the design of MEP and fire suppression systems for industrial, commercial, retail, educational, hospital, and government clients.
• Supervise designers in multiple disciplines on projects to prepare construction documents for mechanical and fire suppression systems.
Requirements
">
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in designing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire suppression systems.
• 3+ years of experience using Auto CAD (Revit is a plus).
• Proficient in Carrier HAP load analysis program.
• Understanding of mechanical codes and regulations.
• Knowledge of NFPA, ANSI, and ASHRAE Standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Programs (Excel, Word).
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $140,000 - $170,000.
