Job Title
A Lead HVAC Installer/Technician is required for a local family-owned business.
Salary Range: $16-$25 per hour, depending on experience and certifications held.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Completing HVAC installations efficiently and accurately.
• Establishing customer rapport to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintaining a clean and organized job site and well-stocked truck.
• Adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
• Completing work in an efficient and timely manner, adhering to county codes.
Additional Requirements:
• EPA certification within 60 days of employment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Physical ability to perform all job tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Initiative to resolve problems effectively and safely.
