Key Job Duties
As an HVAC Service Support Technician with the Fast Lane Recruitment Group, your responsibilities will include:
• Collaborating with the Service Manager and Field Service Technicians to streamline tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintaining accurate and organized record-keeping systems, ensuring swift access to essential documentation.
• Managing the filing and documentation process, prioritizing ease of access and efficient retrieval.
• Pursuing mentorship opportunities, including travel to job sites to gain practical experience (up to 25% of working time).
• Driving the continuous improvement of procedures within the support function, promoting innovation and growth.
• Applying a proactive approach to problem-solving, delivering effective solutions that drive results.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Previous experience in the HVAC industry
• Administrative or support experience is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Mechanical aptitude

Salary Estimate
The estimated salary range for this position is $22-$24 Hourly DOE, which equates to approximately $45,000 - $50,000 per year in West Chester, OH, based on location and experience.
