SALES EXECUTIVE. Drive new business with a focus on projects and service agreements.
• Competitive base salary $60,000 plus UNCAPPED commission: up to 20% of sales revenue.

Responsibilities:
• New Business Development: Run initial project estimations for the operations team to finalize.
• Client Interaction: Spend 50% of time in the Cincinnati office and 50% on field work to engage potential clients.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a team of three salespeople to foster a strong team-oriented environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Strong technical thinker with HVAC/mechanical background.
• Proven track record in sales, particularly in driving new business.
• Proactive and driven to seek out new opportunities.
• Project estimating knowledge.
