About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Commercial HVAC Installer to join our team at Air-Flow Mechanical Services, Inc. This role is ideal for someone with a strong passion for the HVAC industry who is eager to learn and hardworking.
Key Responsibilities
• Installation and Maintenance:
• Install, test, and maintain commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure system efficiency.
• System Upgrades and Retrofits:
• Upgrade outdated HVAC systems to improve energy efficiency.
• Retrofit existing systems to meet new building codes or client specifications.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Keep accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Complete necessary paperwork for permits and inspections.
• Report to supervisors and project managers on job progress and any issues encountered.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work with other construction professionals, including electricians and plumbers.
• Supervise and train junior HVAC technicians and apprentices.
Requirements
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and associated safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
