Job Responsibilities & Requirements
• Servicing equipment and products on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting quality standards.
• Diagnosing and repairing systems and products at customer locations, using various hand tools and following engineering specifications.
• Performing preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as needed or requested by customers.
• Inspecting vehicles and maintaining records of service, scheduling, and complete repairs and maintenance services.
• Maintaining equipment by inspecting for signs of wear and notifying customers and/or Operations Managers of findings.
• Documenting work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.
• Representing the company as a direct customer contact.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
