Compensation
We offer competitive pay, based on UA Local 142 rates, with a salary range estimated between $75,000 - $100,000 per year.

About the Role
As a factory representative to our customers, you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of service, solving building inefficiencies and resolving service-related items.
You'll be responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems, providing recommendations and solutions to ensure facilities run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Repair and maintenance of air-cooled, centrifugal, steam turbines, and absorption machines, open-drive screw chillers, and ammonia systems.
• Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve facility efficiency.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
• 5 years of commercial and/or industrial mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry.
• Ability to commit to a 30-Hour OSHA Certification.
• Computer savvy with good verbal and written communication skills.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.
