Complex Refrigeration Equipment Maintenance Expert Wanted
Cross Resource Group is seeking an expert in complex refrigeration equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining refrigeration equipment in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Repairs and maintains complex refrigeration equipment, including condenser units, pumps, air handlers, heat exchangers, and other environmental changing devices.
• Installs and replaces temperature control systems, electric valves, heat transfer equipment, ventilation, and air distribution equipment.
• Operates refrigeration recovery equipment in compliance with EPA guidelines.
• Performs precision welding and precision cutting using MIG wire-feed, heli-arc, and plasma torch.
• Maintains records of repairs and equipment requiring future service.
Requirements
• Two-year technical college degree program in industrial refrigeration maintenance or CIRO certification and 2 years of experience.
• Working knowledge of freon, boilers, compressors, motors, pumps, sheet metal, grease, oil, and belt applications.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Basic knowledge of plant electrical AC/DC power and control systems.
• Ability to perform precision welding and cutting.
