Role Summary
This role involves working with a new centralized team to provide expert service and solutions for facility HVAC chiller and commercial products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service to resolve facility inefficiencies and service-related issues.
• Offer trusted advisory services, providing solutions and outcomes at commissioning and aftermarket service.
• Recommend and implement solutions to ensure efficient facility operation, including upselling opportunities.
• Prepare quotes to support recommendations and solutions.
Requirements:
• Be a vital member of the North America Data Center team responsible for entry-level startup, commissioning, and aftermarket services.
• Must be a union member or willing to join a local Union.
• Minimum 1 year of practical experience on air-cooled or large roof-top ducted units with some HVAC/mechanical troubleshooting experience.
• 50-60% travel within North America to support Data Center Customers startup and commissioning activities and aftermarket service trouble shooting.
• Possibly required to pass a knowledge examination to assess proficiencies.
• Commitment to career development, enrolling in training programs to gain knowledge in HVAC products supporting the Data Center Market.
• Collaboration with local market technicians.
• Maintain attention to detail through interpersonal, digital, and written skills.
• Self-starter with a passion/desire to learn and apply on the job.
• Prioritize safety in all forms.
• Universal EPA refrigerants license, applicable state or local licensing, good driving record, and valid driver's license.

Compensation
$70,000 - $90,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
