Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Estimator to join our team at Mechanical Reps Inc.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction projects or HVAC technical training.
A competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, is offered for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive take-offs of HVAC products from construction plans and documents.
• Review and understand bid documents: project plans, specifications, and scope of work.
• Administer Addendum(s).
• Ability to use estimating software and manufacturer's software pricing programs to do costing of products.
• Ability to learn manufacturer equipment selection software.
• Ability to learn and conduct on-screen take offs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Must be proficient and familiar with building construction to include MEP trade for both new construction and renovation.
• Advanced computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and OST On-Screen Take Off Software (preferred but not required).
• Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Dependable, hardworking, focused, and highly motivated.
• Manage multiple tasks and respond to multiple requests simultaneously.
• Prioritize work load and meet deadlines.
