At Johnson Air Conditioning & Mechanical, we're on a mission to deliver exceptional commercial, industrial, and residential HVAC/R services. We're seeking a seasoned expert to join our team as the Commercial HVAC Operations Director.
This role is perfect for an individual with a minimum of 10 years of field service experience, who can assist the owner and CFO in driving the company's next growth phase.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be thoroughly organized, patient, respectful, and confident. They will maintain a positive attitude among field personnel, report on their technical competence, and handle customer satisfaction issues.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist field personnel with troubleshooting and repairs
• Service, retrofit, and install systems while ensuring quality control
• Train and educate staff members on new technologies and best practices
• Organize technical literature for easy access
• Dispatch assistance and conduct safety meetings
• Some estimating responsibilities may also be included
We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $90,000 per year, based on industry standards and the qualifications required for this position.
