HVAC Fabrication Production Manager Job Summary
At Gulfstream Strategic Placements, we are seeking an experienced HVAC Fabrication Production Manager to lead our Las Vegas fabrication shop. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency while meeting project deadlines and budget goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Daily Quality Assurance: Enforce QA plans, resolve quality issues promptly, and ensure products meet production standards.
• Production Management: Manage work schedules, allocate resources effectively, and optimize production workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Safety and Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed and staff receive necessary training.
• Team Leadership: Foster a positive, collaborative work environment, provide regular feedback, conduct training, and support team development.
Requirements:
• A high school diploma is required; relevant certifications are preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in HVAC fabrication or manufacturing.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Fabrication or similar software is a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HVAC industry fabrication practices.
• Local and stable work history required.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
