About the Job
The HVAC-R Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, as well as other building systems. The ideal candidate will have 5 years' experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in an institutional setting and possess HVAC certification or license. Experience working with blueprints and schematics is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, and mechanical building systems
• Perform routine inspections and tests on equipment and systems
• Analyze and correct sophisticated building system problems
• Support project management activity as needed
• Respond to emergency problems in the facility
