We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial HVAC Technician Leader to join our team at Unlimited Service Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our commercial HVAC service technicians in the field, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and direct the work of commercial HVAC service technicians.
• Prioritize new service calls and assign technicians accordingly.
• Provide technical support to technicians in the field.
• Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Contact customers as directed regarding service issues and collection matters.
Requirements:
• A High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of previous experience as a Service Manager in the industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and prioritize service calls.
• Well-organized with strong decision-making skills.
