Essential Qualifications
• Previous experience as an HVAC technician, preferably with a strong background in installation and repair
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and colleagues alike
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and own hand tools
• Ability to work safely at heights, crawl under spaces, and lift up to 50 pounds
