As a Commercial HVAC Technician III, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial HVAC equipment, perform preventative maintenance checks, and represent the company to external stakeholders.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
Responsibilities:
• Equipment Diagnostics and Repair: Diagnose and repair faults in commercial HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Maintenance and Services: Perform routine maintenance checks, services, and repairs on HVAC equipment to prevent downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Customer Representation: Represent the company to external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all relevant city, state, and federal regulations regarding HVAC installations, maintenance, and operation.
Working Conditions:
This role requires the ability to work in outdoor and unfinished/unconditioned spaces, as well as at height on ladders, lifts, and roofs. Must be comfortable working in confined spaces and independently lifting, pushing, and pulling heavy objects weighing up to 60 pounds.
