The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading and growing a business unit, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to analyze financial data and make informed business decisions.
Job Description:
As a General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage a team of managers and technicians, ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, and build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners. You will also identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our services in the Austin area.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience in a similar industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the service industry, preferably in HVAC. Previous branch manager experience is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and growing a business unit.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make informed business decisions.
