About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Service Manager to lead our Residential HVAC team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, coaching and developing sales team members, and overseeing daily activities to ensure business success. With a strong background in sales management and a proven track record of success, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Coach and develop sales team members to achieve sales targets
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations to establish department goals and objectives
• Oversee daily activities to ensure business objectives are met
• Perform sales activities with sales team members, including negotiating sales prices and discounts
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in residential HVAC service
• 3+ years of sales management experience in the HVAC industry
• Valid Texas Driver's License
• Good driving record (no DWIs within the past 5 years)
• Clean criminal background (no felonies within the past 7 years)
• Troubleshooting skills
• Exceptional communication and sales ability skills
