• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop a team of 7 field refrigeration technicians, providing daily support, guidance, and mentorship.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide training to improve technical skills and service quality.
• Assign and schedule jobs for technicians, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and timely completion of tasks.
• Offer hands-on troubleshooting and technical guidance to technicians in the field, ensuring proper diagnosis and repair of commercial refrigeration systems.
• Stay up to date with industry standards, new technologies, and best practices to provide expert advice and solutions to field issues.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards, local codes, and company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or service issues.
• Monitor the performance of technicians, track key metrics, and report on productivity, service completion rates, and other relevant KPIs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in commercial refrigeration servicing and repair.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role, overseeing a team of technicians.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 to $140,000 per year.
