Key Responsibilities:
• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services in the Austin metro area to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Warehouse and Inventory Management: Ensure efficient warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain coordination to meet service demands.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of managers and technicians. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners. Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality service delivery and promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
• P&L Accountability: Manage the profit and loss for the branch location, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.
• Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our services and market presence in the Austin area.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Business Administration, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience in a similar industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the service industry, preferably in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.
• Growth Leadership: Proven track record of successfully leading and growing a business unit.
• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Ability to analyze financial data and make informed business decisions.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using business management software and tools.
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
