Andrew’s, the leader in commercial HVAC & Refrigeration, Plumbing, Electrical, Concrete and Construction in Arizona, is currently seeking a Disptach/Receptionist to join our Team. The hours are Monday-Friday with some weekends in the summer months during peak HVACR season.
Providing professional, courteous phone services:
• Address customer inquiries accurately and timely
• Recording of relevant information on automated dispatch board
• Manage customer expectations in courteous and professional manner
• Manage field technician inquiries
• Transfer other non-service calls to appropriate office personnel
• Issue Purchase Orders and Work Orders
• Scheduling Inter-Company Service Calls & Projects
Dispatching Technicians:
• Efficient management of technicians and related assets in assigning calls
• Multi-tasking with phone answering responsibilities
• Timely update of computerized dispatch board
• Maintaining and coordinating information flow to the President, GM and Director of Operations
Documentation:
• Maintain service Logs
• Timely update of all Customer data requests
Skills/Requirements:
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication Skills.
• A self-starter willing to do all aspects of the dispatch position to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Team player with demonstrated experience of working in a team environment.
• Multi-tasker with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
