Job Summary: As a Sales Representative - HVAC Solutions at Haynes Mechanical Systems, you will be responsible for generating sales revenue through proven track records. You will identify opportunities within existing customer bases and utilize Account Management skills to support and provide solutions for your assigned accounts. Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, 5-7 years of Sales experience, and 5-7 years of experience with commercial HVAC systems.
A competitive salary of $90,000 base plus a monthly car allowance and uncapped commissions on sales awaits the successful candidate. First-year On Target Earnings (OTE) is $175,000+, while Tenured Rep On Target Earnings (OTE) is $225,00+. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.
