We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC units in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of residential service/sales experience, a clean driving record, and excellent problem-solving skills.
As a Service Technician with our team, you will be provided with a company vehicle, gas card, uniforms, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K. We offer competitive pay structures, including base plus commissions or full commission, and a $3000 sign-on bonus.
The successful candidate will have the ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces. They will also possess outstanding customer service skills and EPA certification.
This position requires working Monday to Friday, 7AM - 7PM, with occasional weekends as needed. We offer a salary range of $150,000 - $500,000 per year, depending on experience.
