About the Job
This is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly pay ranging from $32 to $45/hour, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(K), bonuses, and avenues for professional growth.
Responsibilities
• Oversight of maintenance activities, diagnosing system issues, and performing repairs and installations for HVAC units ranging from 0-20 tons
• Conducting thorough inspections and testing to identify and resolve performance and operational issues
• Collaborating with team members, sharing expertise and providing support as needed
Requirements
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling Certification
• Understanding of HVAC systems, including mechanical, electrical, and control components
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work with systems such as VRV, VRF, BARD, Commercial Carrier, and Pelican
