Job Description:
The Counter Sales Specialist will play a key role in supporting our sales team by providing excellent customer service, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Process orders and fulfill customer requests in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
