Inland Mechanical Services Inc. is a leading provider of HVAC services in the Greater Los Angeles Area. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our service department and drive business growth.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar business lines, driving profitability, and building high-performing teams. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our service operations, including recruiting, training, and mentoring technicians.
Responsibilities
• Manage daily service operations to achieve highest level of impact
• Build, develop, and manage a high-performing HVAC service team
• Drive departmental revenue growth by 50% year-over-year
• Maintain a gross margin of 50% or higher and ensure profitability
• Resolve client issues and prioritize based on urgency
• Meet with existing and potential clients to build lifelong relationships
• Manage cash flow by ensuring timely billing and completion of service calls
• Work with new and existing clients to provide proposals and job walks
• Conduct employee one-on-one reviews, disciplinary actions, performance plans, rewards, and acknowledgments
Requirements
• 10+ years of HVAC experience, preferably as a service manager or equivalent
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Trade school education preferred
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license required
• EPA Universal Certification

Salary
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
