Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead HVAC and clean room projects from initiation to completion, adhering to schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.">
• Coordination: Oversee designing, installing, and commissioning sophisticated HVAC systems, clean rooms, and building automation systems.">
• Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact among clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment.">
• Documentation: Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and detailed documentation using MS Project, Bluebeam, and Autodesk software.">
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to clean room certification standards, HVAC protocols, and relevant regulatory requirements.">

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).">
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC project management experience, preferably with clean room project management expertise.">
• Proficiency with tools like Trimble AutoBid, Revit, Navisworks, and MS Project; strong understanding of building automation systems required.">
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.">
• Stable work history in the mechanical construction sector, with a demonstrated commitment to the Santa Clara area.">

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
