Weinstein Properties is a leading provider of apartment communities in the Raleigh area, and we are seeking a skilled HVAC Installation Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining heating and cooling systems in residential apartment units.
About the Role
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, with occasional overtime as needed. You will work independently, but also as part of a team, to ensure that all installations are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities
• Install and maintain heating and cooling systems in residential apartment units
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify any issues or defects
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless project execution
• Collaborate with other teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements
• At least 3-5 years of experience in residential HVAC installation and maintenance
• CFC/EPA certification – Type II or Universal
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
