We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative - HVAC to join our team at 6 & Fix HVAC & Refrigeration. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities in the Triangle area.
Our company offers a competitive salary of $47,000 to $54,000 per year, plus commissions on sales. Our average inside salesperson earns $75,000 to $80,000 per year, including base and commissions.

What We're Looking For:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience with inside/direct sales
• Highly organized with good follow-up skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Experience in HVAC sales is preferred
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software programs
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to offer solutions to our clients
