Key Responsibilities
As a Service HVAC Field Supervisor at Kirlin Way Mechanical, your key responsibilities will include:
• Running service calls and supervising technicians to ensure efficient and effective resolution of customer issues.
• Providing training and technical support to junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge in commercial HVAC equipment repair and maintenance.
• Performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations of commercial HVAC equipment to meet customer expectations.
• Conducting performance appraisals of technicians to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancing overall team performance.
• Maintaining quality control standards to ensure that all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
This role requires at least 10 years of experience in the trade, with a strong background in commercial HVAC equipment repair and maintenance. Proficiency in all aspects of the trade, including chillers, boilers, pumps, RTUs, split systems, etc., is essential. Additionally, you must be able to perform essential job functions without imposing significant risk of substantial harm to yourself or others.
