What We Need from You
We need you to install heating and air conditioning systems while providing a high-quality experience for our clients. To be successful, you must meet the following requirements:
• North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certification OR willingness to acquire a NATE certification within 6 months of employment
• Familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Experience building hoods and working with sheet metal
• Experience with new construction and retrofits
• Knowledge about air balancing principles and techniques
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
