About This Opportunity
As a Commercial HVAC Technician III, you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing our fleet of rental equipment. With a strong focus on technical expertise and problem-solving, you will ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment, chillers, and air conditioners.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns in the workshop and at customer sites, managing repairs to minimize downtime.
Requirements
• 7-10 years of experience in commercial HVAC equipment maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Proficiency in calculating nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements, interpreting schematics.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and required to obtain and maintain a TWIC card.
• Capable of lifting objects weighing less than 50 lbs.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification is required.
