Skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Technicians are required for multiple openings. The main responsibility of the Commercial HVAC Technician will be to provide repair, maintenance, and installation services for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial buildings.

You will be expected to:
• Inefficient or malfunctioning thermostats can also be a source of HVAC system issues, leading to temperature inconsistencies and wasted energy
• During a routine maintenance visit, an HVAC technician will inspect and clean your equipment, including changing filters, inspecting electrical connections, and lubricating moving parts
• Assess and test products and systems to ensure they meet regulatory and functional requirements
• Following safety standards, especially those outlined by OSHA, is a key element in providing a safe workplace for employees
• Suggest and execute changes or substitutes for HVAC components to reduce energy consumption
• Accurate documentation of HVAC issues and the measures taken to resolve them helps in identifying areas of inefficiency and potential energy savings
• Coordinate the ordering of necessary HVAC components and parts to ensure optimal system functioning
